We are thrilled to announce that Mr. Nauman Nabi, President of AIPPS, and Dr. Moazzam Gulzar, General Secretary of AIPPS, had the privilege of attending the distinguished Tipperary International Peace Award ceremony held in County Tipperary, Ireland.
This prestigious honor was awarded to Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in recognition of their invaluable humanitarian work across 77 countries worldwide.
In a special address, the Ambassador of Palestine to Ireland expressed heartfelt gratitude to the people of Ireland for their unwavering support.
The Tipperary International Peace Award is globally recognized for honoring individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to peace and humanity. Past recipients include renowned figures such as:
- Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto
- President Nelson Mandela
- President Bill Clinton
It was a true honor for our leadership to represent Pakistani doctors at this inspiring event.
